Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
The Broker behind his products and he warrants that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, you can send it back to The Broker where it will be inspected to determine if your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect. If a defect is found, we will repair the merchandise or, if the item can not be repaired it will be replaced. If the item is no longer available, The Stud Broker might, in his discretion, replace with like-kind or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item.
If it is determined that the damage is not caused by a defect in manufacturing, we will notify you of the cost to repair or replace the item.
Please note, due to slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of jewelry, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
Conditions And Exclusions
The foregoing Manufacturer Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the covered product from studbroker.com.
If it is deemed that any maintenance, repair, sizing or other service has been performed by third party your Lifetime Warranty will be voided.
Warranties are not provided for damage due to normal wear, physical damage, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
- Normal wear and tear to the prongs and precious metals, restoration of these components is not covered.
- Bent, caught or worn out prongs that could allow a stone to fall out or be lost.
- Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
The Broker wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. Any item can be returned, for any reason, within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be in original packaging, unworn and unused, with original tags still attached. Destroyed, reattached or missing tags will result in a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for postage and insurance of return package to cover in case of loss. Items are subject to inspection before refund will be issued.
